1️⃣ Use of App

• You agree to provide accurate details. • You must not misuse the platform in any way.

2️⃣ Orders & Pricing

• Prices may change depending on availability and offers. • Orders are subject to product stock and availability.

3️⃣ Payments

• We accept UPI, cards, wallets, and cash on delivery. • Failed transactions will be auto-refunded to the original source.

4️⃣ Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. • Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy) are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect. • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5️⃣ Liability

• FruitsNveg is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or technical issues.

6️⃣ Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
